OSAKA EXPO 2025 Digital Manager Wanted！

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital design and wants to contribute to our global projects!

Innovation Dojo Japan is looking for a Digital Manager to update the animation templates and manage the design in line with branding and messaging guidelines for the National Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka. Through this role, you will play a key role in delivering a cutting-edge visual experience.

📍 Location: OSAKA, Japan

📅 Duration: 7 months（Local Assignment)

🔑  Main Responsibilities

▶ Daily update of new content in English and Japanese to animated templates.

▶ Updating work in line with the pavilion's visual identity and communication strategy.

▶ Implement content into templates using digital animation tools such as Adobe After Effects.

▶ Quickly incorporated and accurately reflected updates from each workstream.

▶ Ensure templates are properly formatted for forecourt digital screen display.

▶ Worked with project managers to implement approved updates and respond to stakeholder feedback.

🛠 Skills and Experience Desired

▶ Experience: proven track record in digital design and animation, preferably on large projects.‍

▶ Skills: Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and similar tools, and ability to work quickly and with attention to detail.‍

▶ Language: Fluent in Japanese and English.‍

▶ Attitude: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment to solve problems. ‍
